Investment Style

In addition to investing financial capital, we are active managers who dedicate considerable resources to our portfolio companies. We generally assume board level leadership positions in our companies. We assist with strategy development and implementation, operational initiatives, and execution of objectives. We do not hesitate to challenge management if we are convinced that a decision may be made that goes against the interest of our investors. We hold management to high performance and reporting standards and may take steps to replace management should we deem it necessary.
